Description

LS STARRETT VERNIER CALIPERS AND CALIBRATION DRAWING Solicitation N00421-15-T-0265 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for LS Starrett 64374 Vernier Caliper with case, Calibration, and calibration certificates (applicable for each unit), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirements will be a direct replacement for existing Vernier Calipers that are showing wear and no longer passes calibration. This is a brand name exact only requirement - substitutes will not be accepted. Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
