Description

GS-05P-SI-D-0039, Notice of Opportunity (NOO) for ESPC Building Upgrades Project at the Harold Washington Social Security Center in Chicago, IL. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, invites current Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) holders (DE-AM36-09GO290-XX) to submit a written response (Expression of Interest) to this Notice of Opportunity (NOO) to be considered for a potential Task Order award for the Harold Washington Social Security Center ESPC Building Upgrades Project at 600 W Madison St., Chicago, IL 60661. Only the (16) sixteen DOE ESPC contract holders are eligible for award. Please carefully review the NOO in its entirety. Any subsequent NOO documents or information will be posted here at FedBizOpps, FBO.gov. Expressions of Interest to the NOO are due no later than 4:00 pm CT on May 15, 2015 via email to the Contract Specialist at anna.vanko@gsa.gov.
