- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and certifications necessary to perform Maintenance and Clean Up of 4 pt. LE7500 Gran Trap manufactured by Caswell as well as perform decontamination to include cleaning parts of the shooting range and packaging recycle materials. This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice (hereinafter Notice). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor, a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability of capable qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB); 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses (WOSB); economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses, (EDWOSB) or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this potential requirement. The NAICS code for this sources sought is 561210 - Facility Support Services with a size standard of $38.5 Million. The Performance Work Statement and Performance Requirement Summary are uploaded for review of the requirement details. If a vendor feels that another NAICS code is more appropriate, please discuss that in your capability response. Responses to this Notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether or not a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this Notice." The Bureau of Engraving & Printing BEP), 14th & C Street, SW, Washington, DC 20228 is seeking sources for potential work to provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to perform Maintenance and Cleaning of a 4 pt. LE7500 Gran Trap manufactured by Caswell as well as perform decontamination, cleaning parts of the shooting range and package re-cycle material. The facility utilization consists of approximately 120 Officers qualifying four (4) times per year. Facility cleaning requirement will be twice (2) per year. The caliber rounds used in the facility are 45 and the only type of rounds utilized is "Frangible Ammunition". This potential opportunity will we set aside as a 100% small business set aside. General Capability [general information and technical background describing your firm's experience in contracts requiring similar effort to include a summary of relevant (multiple trade, multiple projects) performance history of no more than five (5) contracts, including current projects and projects held within the last three (3) years (identified by customer, contract number, project title, project location(s), performance dates, yearly and total dollar amount, Contracting Officer or contract administration points of contact with telephone numbers, and in what capacity performed (e.g. prime or subcontractor). This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the RFI, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The BEP will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). If so, respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and identifying such information within their response.
