Description

In accordance with FAR 6.305, The U.S. Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service ("Fiscal Service") has made an award on a sole-source basis to Chicago Soft LTD, 1820 E. Edgewood Drive, Suite 103, Lakeland, FL 33803-3420 for the renewal of maintenance/support for MVS Quick-Ref software. This sole-source justification is for a period of 12 consecutive months. No other providers have been found which can provide the aforementioned maintenance/support as Chicago Soft is the publisher of the software and there are no authorized resellers or third party providers. Fiscal Service will consider written responses received no later than 8:00am EST Thursday, April 30, 2015 sent to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, subject MVS Maintenance/Support ATTN: AJ/MC. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly demonstrates the respondent to be an authorized reseller or authorized third party provider of MVS Quick-Ref software maintenance/support. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a request for a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this special notice.
