- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION USSOCOM BLACKBERRY INTEGRITY APPLICATION United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operation Forces (SOF) Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) Next Generation Infrastructure (NGI) Division within Program Executive Office (PEO) C4 is seeking white papers from all responsible sources from industry, academia, individuals, and Government laboratories capable of providing a commercial or non-commercial capability for an integrity verification and tamper detection solution for the BlackBerry® 10 platform. The Integrity agent will assist in ensuring mobile devices start, and remain, in a known trusted state and within corporate compliance. Additionally, the integrity agent will allow Special Operation Forces (SOF) to track and audit all system-level and application-level modules residing on BlackBerry devices, as well as proactively detect the installation of unverified or disallowed third party software and undesired changes to software configurations or settings, as well as attempts at malicious tampering or rooting of the operating system. The integrity agent shall also determine IA threat status and provide a list of actions (i.e. Wipe or No action required). USSOCOM is interested in commercially available applications, or non-commercially available applications that may fulfill this potential requirement. Please submit your response in the form of a white paper as further defined below: White Paper restrictions: - Content will be limited to your solution to fulfill this requirement. - In the header of each page submitted provide your company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email and cage code. - Page numbers are required. - Do not provide information about your company. - Submission of your white paper is strictly limited to 3 pages. - White paper may be submitted as a Word document or Power Point. - Word documents are to be submitted in Times New Roman Font size 12. - There are no font restrictions on Power Point submissions with graphics. - No cover pages. - Any white paper submitted over the 3 pages will be discarded and not read. The Government will not provide feedback on any whitepaper submission. Submission of a white paper does not mean that the Government will provide your company a contract. This is strictly a request for information on existing commercial or non-commercial applications that may fulfill this potential requirement as the Government is currently fact-finding for solutions to solve this potential requirement. All responses are due no later than 12:00 pm, Tampa, Florida time on April 29, 2015 (unless superseded, amended, or cancelled.) Late submissions may be discarded.
