- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of service. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning Carbon Regeneration Services. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910 - Waste Management and Remediation Services. The small business size standard is $20.5 Million. If your firm is capable of meeting the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Justin W. Service Requirement Description: CLIN 0001- Carbon Bed Regeneration Service/Replacement of Carbon Bed as outlined in Performance Work Statement (PWS), QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0002- Extra Carbon, QTY: 3,000 pounds CLIN 0003- Contracting Manhour Reporting, QTY: 1 EA *Review attached PWS closely to ensure your firm can responsibly complete required the service. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), Service Disable Vet, HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.
