- Limited Sources Documentation Clause Matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Foray Technologies, LLC. The award will be for a Foray Technologies server system. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. This is a total small business set aside requirement. The proposed award is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Foray Technologies, LLC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. A Limited Sources Documentation is approved and on file. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to amanda.vance2@usdoj.gov no later than April 22, 2015 12:00PM Eastern Time ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
