- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals and this notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. In this context, GSA is in the process of determining availability, adequacy, and capabilities of potential small business sources for performance of Replacement of Refrigerant Monitor in accordance with the GSA quality standards and requirements estimated dollar value is between $8,000.00 to $12,000.00. A ("Similar Project"), must meet all three elements of size, type, and complexity as further defined here. To be considered similar in size projects must exceed $12,000.00 in construction cost and be completed in the last (6) years. The contractor must have experience with Facilities Services. Contractor must be US Citizen. Sources are being Sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 15.0 million. Responses are requested with the following information. 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size classification, include any designations of Small business, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned 8(a) etc. (3) Past experience on similar project (at least 1 or more) (4) Letter of Interest (5) Capability Statement. For additional information please contact the point of contact listed on this notice. The DUE DATE for responses is Wednesday April 22, 2015 by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
