Description

Solicitation Elevator Modernization Hot Springs Courthouse Deviations Clause FAR 552.203-72 GSA Form 527 Reps & Certs Specification 14210 The General Services Administration (GSA) Greater Southwest Region announces an opportunity for Construction Services capable of performing an elevator modernization involving one elevator at the US Post Office/Courthouse in Hot Springs, AR. The project consists of the modernization of one (1) existing geared traction Passenger Elevator. Provide new: AC motor, solid state microprocessor controls, car frame, cab, doors, and all associated work to provide one complete new passenger elevator. All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the current ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 238290 and the current size standard is $15 Million. This project will be solicited as a Full and Open Procurement, available for all business types. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 365 calendar days to complete. The solicitation and other documents are attached to this notice. Any changes to the solicitation will come in the form of an amendment and will be uploaded to this notice. It is requested that you review this notice periodically to receive any updated notices. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled for April 29, 2015 at the Hot Springs Federal Building. All interested firms are urged and expected to attend. To be eligible for contract award responding firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)and VETS-100 Federal Contractor Reporting.
