Description

This purpose of this posting is to publish the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Printer Contract (EPC). There is an ongoing need throughout VA to procure small, medium, and large configuration monochrome and color printers and associated warranty support to replace equipment that is currently, or soon to be, obsolete or at end-of-life. EPC will provide customers throughout all of VA with a means of procuring required printers to replace/refresh inventory to satisfy growing demands and to boost productivity in its operations. Providing a multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) enterprise contract vehicle for VA offices to fulfill their requirements will enable VA to quickly and efficiently acquire the most current laser printers that meet customer's needs. To support this requirement, a firm-fixed price, multiple-award IDIQ contract will be put in place with a 2-year ordering period. Up to a total of three IDIQ contracts are anticipated to result from this 100% total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside competitive acquisition. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is VA118-15-R-0163. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334118. The Request for Information was released under VA118-15-N-0163.
