- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. General Information Document Type: Combine Solicitation Synopsis Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation Number: W911RX-15-Q-0105 Posted Date: 17April 2015 Original Response Date: 24 April 2015 at 3:00 PM (CST) Contract will be FFP FOB Destination. Set Aside: Economically Disadvantaged Woman-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns The applicable NAICS code is 321999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75 (published June 24th, 2014). Description Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the required Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) in Exhibit A to the address specified below. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be by the Government at destination.
