- 2015 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium Dear Prospective Vendor/Exhibitor: Thank you for your interest in participating at the 2015 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS). The symposium will be held from August 18-20, 2015, at the Caribe Royale All Suite Hotel and Convention Center, 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32821. The theme for this year's DHITS is, "Change is Inevitable: Supporting the MHS through Health IT." EXHIBIT SET-UP AND DISMANTLE Move-In and Set-Up Monday, August 17, 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 6:30 - 9:00 a.m. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS Tuesday, August 18, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. MOVE-OUT Thursday, August 20, 1:00 -5:00 p.m. BOOTH SIZE AND RENTAL FEES We have a limited amount of the following booth sizes available: 10' x 10' booth, 10' x 20' booth, 10' x 30' booth, and 20' x 20' booth. The cost is $3,000 for the first 10'x10' booth and $2,500 per each additional 10'x10' booth. The limit is 4 booths per company. Corner Fee: $500 for each corner on booth in addition to the price above. Your booth will have standard pipe and drape and the booth equipment will consist of 8' high background drape and 3' high side drape. The drape colors are black and white. Also provided are: one (1) 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's company name and booth number, a six foot draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Space is limited! We will accommodate your request based on the date and time of application and payment of rental space received. We will contact you to discuss availability if your requested space is no longer available. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The contracted exhibit management company is BREDE EXPOSITION SERVICES/ALLIED CONVENTION SERVICE, INC. (BES/SACS). BES/ACS will provide an On-Line Exhibitor Service Center on their website that will contain order forms for the following services: rental of furniture, custom furniture, rental units, carpet, drayage information, labor rates, etc. Also included will be the ancillary forms, as needed to provide you with the services necessary to assist in planning for a successful exhibition. Their website is http://www.bredeallied.com and the 2015 DHITS services will be online mid-June. At that time, you can also contact them at Customer Service - 407-851-0261. We will post that information on our website when it becomes available. Forms for Audio Video, Electrical, and Wireless Services will be available on the DHITS website by mid-June.
