- Solicitation Amendment S5121A-15-R-000502 04/17/15: Solicitation Amendment S5121A-15-R-000502 : Draft Water Marks have been removed from the solicitation. No additional changes have been made. Solicitation S5121A-15-R-0005 RFQ closing date has been extended to 21 April 2015 0900 AM (EST). The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) has a requirement for Media and Video Teleconference Support in support of the DCMA Mission. Required services includes the recording editing and rendering of multi-segment TV-news-styled programs, prerecorded and edited training videos, one-take webcasts, live studio broadcasts, and a host of other video production services customized to meet individual requirements. Services are provided for the Defense Contract Management Agency. The attached RFP is issued under solicitation number S5105A-15-R-0005. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 512110 (Motion picture and video production) with a size standard of $30 million dollars. This Request for Proposal is 100% set-aside as a competitive 8(A) for small businesses. RFP Schedule Questions submitted in response to this solicitation should be made to Larry B. Gillead via email larry.gillead@dcma.mil on or before March 26, 2015 by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. No telephone responses will be accepted. All answers to submitted questions will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities website. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be submitted via email on or before 21 April 2015 09:00AM (EST). No late quotes will be considered. Type of Contract: The government contemplates award of single or multiple FFP contracts. Schedule of Supplies/Services: The Awardee shall deliver all required services set forth in the Technical Specifications document, entitled PWS Media Service Support, Attachment 1 of the solicitation. Multiple offers: Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting multiple price structures as identified in the pricing sheet (Attachment 4). Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately. Contract Award: The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest to do so. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed primarily at government facilities in the Fort Lee commuting area (3901 A Avenue, Building 10500, Fort Lee, VA 23801) and other sites within CONUS as required by Government needs at Government expense IAW Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Period of Performance: The period of performance for the contract will be a one-year base period plus three one-year option periods. Transition Period 09 May 2015 - 08 June 2015 Base Year: 09 June 2015 - 08 March 2016 Option Year 1: 09 March 2016 - 08 March 2017 Option Year 2: 09 March 2017 - 08 March 2018 Option Year 3: 09 March 2018 - 08 March 2019 Any/all electronic and information technology (EIT) procured through this effort must meet the applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR 1194. 36 CFR 1194 implements Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and is viewable at http://www.section508.gov.
