Description

The general intent of this Job Order Contract JOC contract is to provide a quick response contracting vehicle for non-complex Design Bid Build and Design Build. It is intended that this contract shall provide a vehicle for the performance of various types of construction and maintenance projects by means of a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The work contemplated under this contract will typically range from $2500.00 to $350000.00 in project size. However the Government reserves the right to place task orders larger than this with mutual agreement of the Contractor. Bonding is required for any project over $150000.00. Award of all task orders will be on a firm fixed-price basis. The base period of this contract is projected to be a maximum of twelve 12 months and there is one 12 month maximum option period for a total possible contract period of twenty-four 24) months. The Option period may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. This contract includes a Total Coefficient Rate of: 21 percent for one person performing all three supervisory duties 26 percent for two people performing the supervisory duties and 30% for three people performing the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control QC and Site Safety Health Officer SSHO that includes standard and non-standard night and weekend per Task Order mobile temporary office and storage trailers all miscellaneous specialty tools Ridgecrest facility office including utilities Contract Management and admin submittals office supplies and equipment service trucks fuel home office overhead and profit. The direct labor standard composite hourly rate is $70.99. The direct labor non-standard composite hourly labor rate is $95.64.
