Description

2. Sign-in Sheet and notes from 9 April 2015 Site Visit 1. SF30 Amend 0002 P15PS00798 The subject solicitation, P15PS00798, Reconstruct Cave Trail along Historic Tour Route, Mammoth Cave, Kentucky, 42259, Project No. MACA 150067 is hereby amended as follows: The Solicitation, SF1442 Sections 10 and 11 state the period of performance as 404 days. The performance period should be stated as an end date of FEBRUARY 15, 2017, rather than number of days. The original Clause 52.211-10 specifies an end date for the period of performance as April 26, 2017. Clause 52.211-10 COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984), should read, "T he Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than FEBRUARY 15, 2017. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. (End of clause)." Offerors are referred to the PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS, DIVISION 01 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, SECTION 01 11 00 - SUMMARY OF WORK, 1.3 WORK SCHEDULE PLAN, for the periods of highest and lowest visitation when Construction Activity will be restricted. Proposal submission date extended to 30 April 2015 at 16:30 MST. Last day for technical questions is 23 April 2015 16:30 MST. All technical questions shall be submitted in writing via email to pamela_mault@nps.gov and copy to heather_vogt@nps.gov. Clause Physical Data (APR 1984), should read, "D ata and information furnished or referred to below is for the Contractor 's information. The Government shall not be responsible for any interpretation of or conclusion drawn from the data or information by the Contractor. (a) The indications of physical conditions on the drawings and in the specifications are the result of site investigations by NONE. (b) Weather conditions NONE. (c) Transportation facilities NONE.
