- PAY SCHEDULE FAR FLOW DOWN DRAFT SUBCONTRACT VENDOR REGISTRATION REP & CERT iNSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for Solicitation: DOL-ETA-15-R-00047, Gainesville Job Corps, Gainesville Florida 32609 Dear Potential Offeror, Fluor Federal Solutions, LLC, (Fluor) is submitting a proposal to the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Gainesville Job Corps Center (GJCC). GJCC is a federally‐funded residential educational facility serving roughly 300 area youth in vocational, academic, and employment training & education services. Fluor Federal Solutions, LLC. (Fluor) invites you to provide your individual Firm-Fixed-Price bid for this proposal, in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit any funds for procurement. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, 23 April 2015, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Proposals shall be valid for (90) days. Fluor will have no obligation to award a subcontract on the basis of this Invitation For Bids or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Contractor shall hold all licenses necessary to do business in the state of Florida. Copies of licenses must be provided with the Bid. All questions in reference to the technical or pricing requirements of this solicitation must be submitted in writing (email submission is acceptable) as indicated in the instructions to Bidders.
