The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a vendor to provide mechanical breaching kits. Please see the attached scope of work to see if all of the qualifications can be met. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332999 and the small business standard is 750. This solicitation will end on April 29, 2015 1000 EST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
