- Printer Repair Performance Work Statement (PWS) 15 Apr 15 Printer Repair Capability Questionnaire SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS:High Volume Industrial Printer Service/Maintenance Solicitation Number: FA8224-15-R-IPSM Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811212 which has a corresponding Size standard of $27.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 2. Program Details: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide scheduled maintenance services and incidental repair services for up to four high speed industrial type printers. These printers are located in the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG), Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contractor is to provide scheduled maintenance and unshceduled repair services for all printers to include, but not limited to the printers listed in Appendix B of the attached draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) in projected to be issued in the June timeframe. The estimated contract period will be three (3) to five (5) years; the government is considering the contract as one (1) or two (2) Purchase Orders or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The results and capability responses to this announcement will help guide us to the most appropriate contract vehicle. 3. Response Details: The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information. The Government requests interested parties to submit a brief statement of current capability to perform these services, a letter of interest, complete and respond to the questionnaire attached to this announcement. Please limit your responses to ten (10) pages. Send responses to the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC/OBC) via email in PDF or Microsoft Word Format.
