- combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), prepared in conjuction with Part 13. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for LINBIT DRBD Subscription. This acquisition shall not be construed as limiting competition considering it permits prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically reference by brand-name.
