- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Duroair Technologies Inc is the supplier, who can provide the custom design expandable paint booth. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 326299.
