- SPM4A815Q0130 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Hydraulic Shear with contract completion required in 150 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 15-12-1016 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A815Q0130 is anticipated to issue on April 20, 2015 and close on May 1, 2015. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
