- Career Systems Development Corporation Loring Job Corps Center Request for Proposals Medical Service Positions Career Systems Development (CSD) and the Loring Job Corps Center, a residential academic and vocational training facility in Limestone, Maine, serving approximately 301 young people, between the ages of 16 and 24, is seeking proposals for medical services positions in the on-center Wellness Center. These positions include a part time physician, and a part time family nurse practitioner or physician's assistant to provide 16 hours per week for diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury, to include medical exams, screening for referral, and interpretation of all lab tests and x-rays. CSD and Loring Job Corps Center will hold a bidders conference at the Loring Job Corps Center to give offerors a tour of the medical facilities if necessary, and answer any questions regarding this procurement. Bid packages will also be available at this time. The conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 1:00 pm and will be located in the Administration Building Conference Room. Award or awards will be made on proposals that best meet the needs of CSD and the Loring Job Corps Center.
