- The second Amendment will be posted on Monday, 20 April 2015 for reducing QT1 of two Drawer Pedestal and QTY 1 of Rolling Chair, Meshback. Updated Exhibit A will be posted along the Amendment. Questions From Vendors: Question 1: Exhibit A, Room 101/102: For the classroom chair, meshback: Does this chair have arms? Also please advise on the color Maple is that for the color of the Mesh back ? Will you accept a -/+ 10% variance on dimensions? Gov. Answer: This chair does not require arms. The color simply needs to match the design the vendor is offering. Small variance on dimensions is acceptable. Question 2: Exhibit A, Room 201, 202, 203, and 204: For the Rolling chair: Is this chair with arms? Do you want mesh on the back only? If back only, will the seat be fabric? Will you accept a -/+ 10% variance on dimensions? Should Room 203, be qty=11 and not 12? Gov. Answer: The rolling chairs should have arms. Location of mesh is up to vendor. Dimensions can vary. Quantity should match the number of desks. There will be amendment 2 posted on Monday, 20 April 2015 for the change. Question 3: Exhibit A, Room 201 and 204: For the guest chair with sled base: Is this chair with arms? Is the black vinyl on the seat and back? Will you accept a -/+ 10% variance on dimensions? Gov. Answer: The guest chair should have arms. The location of mesh vs vinal is at the discretion of the vendor. Dimensions can vary. Question 4: Exhibit A Room 201, 202, 203: Where does the set of short partitions go? Gov. Answer: Short partitions will be in between desks to make cubicles. --End of Q&A-- Updated Exhibit A and the second Amendment are posted. The second Amendment and New Exhibit A are posted.
