- RFQ Cover Sheet Sustainable Acquisition Amendment 0001 Solicitation This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, but reserves the right to engage in discussions if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. M00681-15-T-0073 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-81 and DFARS Publication Number (DPN) 20150406. The proposed acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Quotes received from concerns that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business concern under NAICS 339920 shall be considered on a case by case basis.Offeror's must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.fsd.gov. GENERAL INTENTION. To conduct career management and transition courses specifically designed to meet the needs of retiring Senior U.S. Marine Corps Officers and Senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officers. Electronic submissions of quotes shall be submitted to andrea.m.santiago@usmc.mil PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The contractor shall deliver a Mobile Gym that is a free standing functional training rig. It must be self-stabilizing that will be easy to assemble, dismantle, store and transport listed equipment in the soliciation, and will feature two climbing wings, monkey bars and an interchangeable pegs where safety squat racks will be attached and the capability of handling the hanging suspension training systems. All requirements for this Mobile Gym are identified in the attached solicitation.
