- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research. It is for information, planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Sources Sought Another purpose of this Sources Sought Notice/RFI is to determine the availability and capability of qualified small businesses (including Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) companies; firms in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone); Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses; and Women-Owned small businesses), GSA schedule contracts. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. VISUAL LANDING ZONE MARKER PANEL, (Phoenix marketing Group, Ltd or equal). 0001. 17 x 72.090 quote mark aluminum SHT6061T6 panels with air holes (assembled) orange/ orange, and red/red. 0002. Retrofit steel baseplates quote mark thick (assembled) with bases1 PMG Tool Kit Must meet ETL 09-6 C130 and C-17, FAA AC 150/5345-44E and FAA approved under L-853AC/5345. Interested parties shall provide a brief overview of their firm's capabilities and past experience with projects similar in scope to this project. All information shall be submitted in Word or PDF format, not to exceed 10 pages, including all attachments. Each submittal shall also include the following business information: a. DUNS number. b. Organization Name. c. Organization Address. d. Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) e. Business size. f. Socio-economic status ( IF SDVOSB or VOSB - provide SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification). g. GSA schedule contract if is applicable. Firms shall identify whether or not they are a small business or other than small business in accordance with the size standard for NAICS code 488111. If another NAICS code may be applicable, please identify the NAICS in your capability statement.
