- Q&A 4-21-2015: Responses posted to vendor questions ______________________ The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises all United States national banks and federal savings associations (thrifts). OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the OCC has four district offices plus an office in London to supervise the international activities of national banks. Bank supervision is the core activity of the agency. It is OCC's intent to use the information gathered in response to this RFI Notice to identify vendors with demonstrated capabilities to achieve the requirements and to assist in determining a price estimate.
