Description

Amendment 0001 04/21/2015 Amendment 0001 added to provide answers to questions about rigging. Copy attached. *** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to purchase 2 Each Eaton Leonard CNC Tubing and Pipe Benders, including all required accessories, tooling, installation, and training required to perform the function. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-14-16-1024 is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPM4A8-15-Q-0024 is sole sourced to Eaton Leonard, CAGE code 1XP08. Alternate Offers will not be accepted for this requirement. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with requested completion in 250 days ARO. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on 04/02/2015 and close on 05/04/2015. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed under the guidance of FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
