In the event that a low-water condition exists, the low water shut-off will turn off the heater and/or pump circuit(s), thereby protecting the heater and pump. SW-30 - SWING AWAY SPRAY BAR/ or equal Spray manifold connected to the main plumbing of the machine, designed for cleaning of smaller parts more efficiently. The option includes set of brass ball valves that control the flow through the manifold. If not used the manifold simple rests against the wall of the washing chamber. CHIP TRAY/ or equal The chip tray consists of a mild steel tray, which is mounted under the turntable. This tray will divert all of the sprayed solution to a central point in the tank access area, where it is forced to flow through an easily removable mild steel perforated basket. CONTAINMENT RING/ or equal The containment ring is a metal ring that sits on the turn table to help keep small parts from falling off into the chip basket during the washing cycle. CLIN 0002: Quantity: 1 Each OS-100SS - DISC TYPE OIL SKIMMER/ or equal Disc type oil skimmer with 12" diameter, stainless steel skimming wheel and stainless steel squeegee blades. This system is used to remove the oil from the top of the cleaning solution to a customer-supplied container. CLIN 0003: Quantity: 1 Each AW-100 AUTOMATIC WATER FILL/ or equal Designed to maintain the solution within a 11/2" consistent level, the automatic water fill consists of an adjustable, 2" diameter, stainless steel float switch, which is electrically wired to a brass solenoid valve. The brass solenoid is ¾" npt, and is connected to the customer's water supply. The float switch is mounted inside a water dam to decreases the wave action of the solution on the switch. This unit is constructed on a mild steel frame. CLIN 0004: Quantity: 1 Each FF-100 - LIQUID LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM/ or equal Automatic water fill and low water shut-off combination with a Faxon float level sensing system for increased reliability and reduced maintenance. The system incorporates a delay timer to reduce the risk of overfill and false triggers. CLIN 0005: Quantity: 1 Each FS-200 - FILTER SYSTEM/ or equal 90 GPM, mild steel, canister type, sock filter system w/stainless steel inner basket using 8" diameter by 30" long sock type filters. CLIN 0006: Quantity: 1 Each SD-30 - SERVICE DISCONNECT/ or equal Rotary type, 30 amp fused disconnect which is mounted through the door of the electrical control cabinet to disconnect and isolate the incoming power from the washer before the cabinet door can be opened. CLIN 0007: Quantity: 1 Each SE-400 - STEAM EXHAUST SYSTEM/ or equal 400 CFM motor driven draft inducer with ON/OFF switch on control box. CLIN 0008: Quantity: 1 Each T-200 - TIMER - TWO CHANNEL/ or equal Two (2) channel timer system that is used to control the on and off times of the heat (whether one or multiple heating systems) and the oil skimmer at predetermined times. Some of the features of this system are; manual override, two (2) SPDT dry contacts, 2-week battery back-up, switching times as short as one (1) minute, AM/PM LCD display or 24 hr military clock, manual or automatic Daylight changeover, and an accuracy of +/- 4 minutes per year CLIN 0009: Quantity: 1 Each THM-200 - DIGITAL 1-CH.
