STATEMENT OF WORK B81 conference & waiting room Audio/Video Brand Name or Equal. Meet or Exceed. There will be a site visit for potential offerors on May 4, 2015 at 10:00am. You must register in order to attend. Email william.corson@va.gov with the number of persons attending. As this is a working medical facility please keep the number to the minimum necessary. Attendance is not required in order to provide a quote. Quotes must be delivered electronically via email to william.corson@va.gov. DESCRIPTION: The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement to purchase Audio / Video equipment and infrastructure for the Tucson, Building 81 women's health Conference Center and waiting room. The integrator shall comply with all of the standards listed in Appendix A. A pre-bid walk through shall be performed. MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION: SAVAHCS will purchase from an integrator the labor and materials necessary to install, fire-stop, terminate, and label all equipment and horizontal cable for the following: 1.Building 81, Room 2049 -Women's health 1.1.The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: (Refer to attached floor-plan drawing) 1.1.1.One 60" LED / Touchscreen TV/Monitor (Sharp PN-L602B with PN-ZB01 Expansion Board or equivalent, with Intuitive Sharp Pen Software), mounted to wall as shown. The inputs (audio and video) shall be extended for connection to the PC, Cisco C40, and Blu-Ray player, and a passive VGA splitter. Integrator is to supply the mounting, Cisco C40 and DVD/Blu-Ray player, SAVAHCS will supply PC. Extra HDMI, VGA and composite video and audio inputs shall be extended to a Podium with a built in rack which will house a AV scaler(like a Kramer WP-VP438 or equivalent). 1.1.2.Integrator shall provide and install one (Cisco C40 Tele Presence System with front and rear Cisco TelePresence PrecisionHD 1080p cameras, or equivalent). [All Video Conferencing systems in place are Tandberg / Cisco Cxx series, so any 'equivalent' proposals need to be 100% identical and compatible with existing equipment.] Preferred Equipment is as follows: 1 ea CTS-INTP-C40-WC-K9 (Cisco C40 with NPP, 1 mic, remote control) 1 ea CTS-PHD-1080-P4XS (Cisco PrecisionHD 1080p Camera w 4x zoom) 1 ea LIC-C40-PR (Cisco HD license key) 1 ea CTS-MIC-CLNG= (Cisco Ceiling Mic Audio Science) 1 ea 535-2000-217 (Vaddio Thin Profile Wall Mount Bracket for CISCO Precision HD) 1.1.3.SAVAHCS will provide one PC to be mounted. The PC will have DUAL (Cloned) DVI outputs. Integrator will connect one DVI to the C40 (for presentation mode) and one DVI to the wall mounted TV. 1.1.4.The TV external audio shall be connected to two active / powered ceiling mount speakers (OWI AMP1S62 - or equivalent), impedance matched, if necessary. 1.1.5.The area shown for Equipment is in a podium with a built in rack, the installer will assembly and connect the parts in the podium for connections. 2.Building 81 - Waiting Room. 2.1.The integrator shall provide the labor, materials, and tools needed to install the following: 2.1.1.One 32" LCD TV mounted to wall as shown. The cable coax connection will be connected to a TV amplifier in a nearby closet. 2.1.2.One 32" LCD TV ceiling mounted in Bariatric Procedure room 2019, coax connected as home run to closet. 2.1.3.Integrator will provide and install one MT-BIDA-86A-30 (SAVAHCS Standard)Television signal Amplifier and balance the signal. [All SAVAHCS television amplifiers are MT-BIDA-86A-30 any equivalent proposes need to be 100% identical and compatible with existing equipment.] Preferred equipment: 1 ea LN32D403E4DXZA Samsung television 1 ea MT-BIDA-86A-30 bogen Television amplifier 2.1.4.SAVAHCS will provide one PC to be mounted. The PC will have DUAL (Cloned) DVI outputs. Integrator will connect one DVI to the C40 (for presentation mode) and one DVI to the wall mounted TV. 3. Building 81 common Areas 3.1 Integrator shall provide and install 20 overhead paging speakers (Bogen SM4T or equivalent) and wire speakers daisy chained (no more than 5 per chain) to paging speaker in com closet. Integrator shall provide and install paging amplifier (Bogen TPU100B or equivalent) in com closet on wall or rack preferably near a 110 block. Preferred equipment: 1 ea TPU100B Bogen paging amplifier 20 ea SM4T Paging speaker APPENDIX A: 4.The integrator shall comply with all of the following: 4.1. ANSI/EIA/TIA 568-B (Commercial Building Telecommunications Standard) 4.2.ANSI/EIA/TIA 569-A (Commercial Building Standards for Telecommunications Pathways and Spaces) 4.3.ANSI/EIA/TIA 606-A (Administration Standard for the Telecommunications Infrastructure of Commercial Buildings) 4.4.ANSI/EIA/TIA-607 (Grounding and Bonding Requirements for Telecommunications in commercial Buildings)
