Description

The PCO-EAST (Program Contracting Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-5(Authorized or Required by Statute), with research affiliate Duke University for professional research services to support a VA funded merit award project titled "The Study of Post-Deployment Mental Health". This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide services must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Tuesday April 29, 2015 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
