Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to ORBIT Electronics Group, Hauppauge, NY 11788. The procurement consists EP3 Display Panels for MK 45 Mod 4 GWS. The applicable (NAICS) code is 334118. The FSC code is 7025. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
