Ft. (ABOA): 12,365 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,983 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 structured / reserved spaces plus additional to meet code Parking Spaces (Surface): Included above Parking Spaces (Structured): Included above Parking Spaces (Reserved): Included above Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
