The Missionization effort involves nose-to-tail modifications to the aircraft to incorporate the next-generation Minotaur Mission System Suite (MSS+) as well as the radar, sensors, and remaining C4ISR equipment that will enable aircrew to gather and process surveillance information for transmission to other shore and surface operators. Additionally, existing HC-130J aircraft (already missionized) must undergo modifications to be retrofitted with the MSS+ solution. These aircraft currently contain a legacy Mission System Suite (MSS) that is no longer procurable in its current configuration and has become economically unsupportable due to diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) and material obsolescence. Removing the legacy MSS and incorporating the MSS+ on these aircraft will significantly mitigate the effects of both hardware and software obsolescence, plus offer an increase in Mission System performance over the legacy MSS. Questions due 06 April 2015-COMPLETED Amendment 1 includes 1)Q&A responses, 2)minimal SOW changes w TCTO language, 3)GFE/GFI list update, 4)Pricing Sheet update 5)CDRLs update Request AMRDEC access to KO via email to retrieve actual TCTOs (Adobe Pdf/MS Access Format), drawing and Test Procedures Pay attention to Q&A #125, One on One Phone or In person Site visits to DHS DC HQ/Pax River and notify KO via email if interested ASAP Proposal due date extended to 3 July 2015
