Description
BA MFF Lift Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) BA MFF Lift RFI BA MFF/LIFT supports two separate phases of training for Battlefield Airman (BA) candidates. Military Freefall (MFF) training is an initial skills course that provides academic, ground, and freefall training to first time jumpers. The course will meet USSOCOM/USASOC curriculum requirements. The primary customer of this course will be AETC/initial skills training for BA candidates (CRO/STO/PJ/CCT) but will be open to other AFSCs as required by the Air Force. The contractor would provide all aspects of the training to include aircraft, instructors, equipment and facilities. The second phase of training is aircraft support (fixed and rotary wing) to BA training. Aircraft will support CRO/STO/PJ/CCT, day and night, land and water jump operations (Static Line and MFF), day and night, land and water Alternate Insertion and Extraction (AIE) operations, and day and night terminal area control (TAC) operations. The contractor would provide aircraft and aircrews only. SEE ATTACHED RFI It is the Government's intention to identify sources that can meet the criteria listed above and in the PWS.
