Description
THIS PROCUREMENT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE SOLE SOURCE TO THE BOEING COMPANY. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS THE NECESSARY DATA TO QUALIFY NEW SOURCES. PR Number(s): FD20301530901 Line Item: 0001 Rights Guard Data Description: Capability to purchase and use Rights Guard technical data for the competitive procurement of replenishment spare parts for E-3, E-8 and/or -135 series aircraft Best Estimated Qty: Basic Year: 50 Lots, Option Year I: 50 Lots, and Option Year II: 50 Lots Delivery: *60 Calendar Days *ARO Each Individual Order Destn: AFLCMC/LZP Written response is required Anticipated Award Date: 17 Aug 2015 Duration of Contract Period: 36 Months Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: BOEING COMPANY, THE, SAINT LOUIS, MO.,63134-1939. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 736-3273. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is 7 May 15. The estimated response date will be 8 Jun 15. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation
