Solicitation Number: VA528-15-Q-0206 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a Combined Sources Sought Synopsis and RFQ for Air Monitoring Services. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is VA528-15-Q-0206. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is for Air Monitoring Services. The Statement of Work is attached. The NAICs code for this acquisition is 541330 (Size 15.0M) and the PSC is F101. FAR Provision 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.2 12-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items apply to this solicitation. All quotes will be evaluated on a Qualified Air Monitoring Firm with the lowest price and able to meet the requirements in the Statement of Work. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The FAR clauses may be viewed at https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractors submitting quotes must be enrolled in the System for Award Management (SAM). The closing date for this solicitation will be April 30, 2015 @ 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Late quotes will not be accepted. Your quote shall be submitted in writing to Davidm.Esmay@va.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract for the subject items. The Government shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished by potential sources in response to this notice.
