- Description
- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) plans to solicit for a turn-key full service Nutritional Guide Program. A Nutritional Guide Program is necessary to help DeCA support the Office of Military Community and Family Policy's Healthy Base Initiative. The request for proposal (RFP) will be released on or about May 7, 2015 with a closing date on or around June 8, 2015, 1:00 PM EST. This RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210. Responses to this RFP and any questions related to it may be submitted to both E-Mail addresses: michael.barnes@deca.mil and jill.craft@deca.mil. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFP.
