- Statement of Work Solicitation - RFQ The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed price contract for providing West Fountains Repairs and Cleaning for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Quotes will be evaluated and award based on (LPTA) lowest price and technically acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390 Waterproofing Contractors. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov All questions MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Joel Blimline at jwblimline@kennedy-center.org no later than April 29, 2015 at 12:00 PM.
