Description

Justification for Sole Source. NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order KLS Martin LP, 11239-1 St Johns Industrial Pkwy S, Jacksonville FL 32246-6673 for the purchase of bone graft kit and drive manufactured and distributed by KLS Martin. KLS Martin LP is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of these products and incidental services, which are used by the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center located at 59 MDW. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 28 April 2015, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
