- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation, VA118-15-Q-0159, is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition and Operations, Technology Acquisition Center. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48 effective January 31, 2011 and the latest version of the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) supplement. This RFQ is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for the purchase of Category 6 (Cat6) cables, port panels, uninterruptible power supplies, network management cards and installation services for the replacement of existing Cat6 cabling infrastructure supporting information technology systems located at the Wood National Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The NAICS Code applicable to this action is 541519.
