Description

REQUIRED ITEMS LIST Marine Corps Installations East - Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST-MCB) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Mike Gibson Manufacturing, Inc., 17891 Karcher Rd, Caldwell, ID 83607 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for a variety of New Combat Shooting Program targets, stands and accessories. See attached listing for quantities and descriptions. The targets, stands and accessories mandated by Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps are in the trial stages and are not supply system items. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-15-T-1159) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 2:00 PM EST, 27 APRIL 2015, via facsimile or email.
