- Wage Determination Fire Plan Drawings Solicitation 4/22/2015 The solicitation and all attachments are now posted. Response due date is 5/15/15 at 4:30PM Pacific. Sandra Vincent is the point of contact for solicitation questions at svincent02@fs.fed.us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The full solicitation will be posted to this FBO Notice on or about April 20, 2015. ANY AMENDMENTS, Q&A, and NOTICE OF AWARD will be made to this FBO Notice. Set aside: 100% Small Business Synopsis: The purpose of this construction contract is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to pave 5 sections of road. The approximate lengths are 90 feet, 120 feet, 185 feet, 195 feet, and 195 feet. Work will include completing the final grading and compaction (95% T-180) the base. Saw-cutting and tack coat the edges of the existing asphalt, paving (2-1/2-inch) and shoulder backing. Saw-cutting and tack coat will not have separate pay items and will be incidental to the contract. The material for the shoulder backing will be onsite. The project is located in the Shasta-McCloud Ranger District, Siskiyou County. A location map will accompany the solicitation. Estimated starting date is September 1, 2015. The contract time will be 30 days.
