April 24, 2015 Sole Source Award for Cable Television Subscription Services The VISN 18 Network Contracting Office, located at 7201 I-40 West, Suite 100, Amarillo, Texas 79106, is publishing this notice in accordance with FAR Part 5. A sole source award has been made to Cebridge Acquisition DBA Suddenlink Communications to provide cable television subscription services to the Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 Amarillo Boulevard West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. The contract number is VA258-15-C-0033, with an estimated value of $77,690.76 for the period of performance from 04-01-2015 through 03-31-2016. The PSC code for this action is D399. This action was not a small business set-aside, as only one responsible source can meet the Government's minimum needs in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
