- NSN: 4010-01-322-6742, Wire Rope Assembly. Approved Source: Boeing Company Cage (81205); P/N: 69-11897-6. This item includes Critical Application Item and Right Guard. Right Guard data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting the Rights Guard data, an Annual Certification for the Use of Rights Guard Technical Data must be on file at DLA Aviation, Product Data Management Division(VAB) Attn; Rights Guard Program, Richmond, VA 23297-5604. An Annual Rights Guard Destruction Certification must also be on file if your company has received Rights Guard Data and the time of destruction has passed. Forms are available by downloading at https://pcfl.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/, (select "License Agreements", then 01 Boeing Rights Guard'). This solicitation is an Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. This item is a stock item. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not a commercial item. Requested delivery is 96 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 75 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 19 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 119 each. The minimum delivery order is 19 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 38 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 11, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
