General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION #4CA1188 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco Delineated Area: •· North - Jackson Street to Drumm Street to Washington Street •· West - Kearny Street to Third Street •· South - Howard Street •· East - The Embarcadero Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,365 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,983 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 structured / reserved spaces plus additional to meet code Parking Spaces (Surface): Included Above Parking Spaces (Structured): Included Above Parking Spaces (Reserved): Included Above Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· Offered Space to be on second floor or above. •· Space must allow efficient use, including (a) configuration (space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide); and (b) size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20 ft. from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 ft. square). •· Janitorial services to be provided between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. •· Lessor to provide TI Allowance per Request for Lease Proposal. •· P arking shall have 24/7 access. If 4 reserved structured parking spaces are not available at offered location, public structured reserved parking shall be available within a walkable 2 blocks of offered building. •· Offered space shall include the requirement to install roof dish antenna with conduit and rooftop space for radio communications and a satellite dish for television service. •· The proposed facility shall not be co-located with social services agencies, either private, city, county, state, or federal. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
