- Solicitation SUPPLY SOLICITATION PR # 58214725 FR # 200040725 Description: Electro Analyzer and Electrodes Quantity: 2.00 Acquisition Type: Set-Aside 100% Small Business Delivery 30 days after receive the orde (ARO). Technical Specifications Electro Analyzer and electrodes DLA Product Test Center (TC Lab) Objective: To obtain an Electro Analyzer and electrodes to be used for determining lead, nickel, copper, zinc, antimony, cadmium, and other metals by the electro-deposition process. We currently do not have the resources in our equipment inventory to accommodate the workload involving this type of metal analysis. The DLA Product Test Center (TC Lab) has listed the requirements for the procurement of an Electro Analyzer and electrodes. The following specifications are a list of minimum functions, features and options that are required for our laboratory needs. Minimum requirements: 1. Product: Electro Analyzer 2. Quantity: 2 3. Dimensions: approx. 15"W x 17"D x 30"H 4. Language: English 5. Testing stations/test positions: 2 per Electro Analyzer with base large enough to accommodate a standard sized beaker. Also to include 2 spring loaded electrode holders per test station 6. Controls: separate on/off switches for each test position, separate on/off stirrer switches for each test position, potentiometers controlling current output to each test station/test position. 7. Stirrers: one integral stirrer for each test position operating at 620 rpm's; incorporating hollow spindles able to grip and rotate glass stirrers 8. Display: analog or digital gauges - incorporating separate ammeters for each test station ranging between 0-10 amperes; separate volt meters for each test station ranging between -10 to 0 and 0 to +10 volts DC. 9. Readability in volts: divisions of ¼ volts or less 10. Readability in amps: divisions of ¼ amps or less 11. Platinum Electrodes: 1 set per Electro Analyzer (2 sets in total) a. Platinum Anode: heavy duty stationary type, (45 mesh) cylinder 1" diameter and 2 ¼ " height overall height of 5 ½ " and approx. Platinum weight of 22 grams. b. Platinum Cathode: heavy duty stationary type, (45 mesh) cylinder 2" diameter and 2 ¼ " height overall height of 5 ½ " and approx. Platinum weight of 31 grams. 12. Electrical service: 120 VAC 13. Electrical output: up to 10 VDC, up to 10 amperes 14. Installation: N/A 15. Training: N/A 16.Warranty: Warranty period will cover parts and web/technical support for one year. Guaranteed company support for a minimum of 5 years 17. Pricing: to include shipping/delivery. 18. Notice of delivery: Contractor shall give notice to Edward Francoeur ( Edward.Francoeur@dla.mil 215-737-3244) and Jamie Hieber( Jamie.Hieber@dla.mil 215-737-3241) when the instrument is ready to be delivered. The Instrument must be shipped within 90 days from date of award. 19. The item shall be delivered to: DLA Product Test Center, 700 Robbins St., Bldg 5-D, Mark for: DLA Product Test Center, Bldg 5-D, PTC Lab, Attn: Edward Francoeur (Edward.Francoeur@dla.mil 215-737-3244) or Jamie Hieber (Jamie.Hieber@dla.mil 215-737-3241), Philadelphia, PA 19111. 20. Invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), See DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions for detailed instructions on how to submit invoices. SECTION M (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Offers will be evaluated on an "all or none" basis. Offers must show that offeror can meet the technical requirements of the Statement of Work. Award will be made to the responsible offeror meeting the requirements of the solicitation at the lowest price to the Government.
