- Statement of Work Comprehensive Onsite Maintenance Agreement 1.0 The agreement between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Materials Engineering, Code 4.3.4.1 shall cover: 1) An Oxford Aztec mics//x-stream2//Xmax80 system serial number SC36997. 2) A Wave 700 WDS X-ray microanalysis system, S/N 6206-2660. The agreement shall consist of complete coverage for the EDS portion of the system and a preventive maintenance inspection/calibration (PMI) for the WDS portion of the system. Unless otherwise specified in the statement of work, the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and any other items and materials necessary to conduct necessary maintenance. 2.0 Period of performance: Base Year:1 May 2015 “ 30 April 2016 Option I:1 May 2016 “ 30 April 2017 Option II:1 May 2017 “ 30 April 2018 3.0 Materials typically considered to be consumables, such as ribbons, diskettes, etc. need not be covered under this order. The contractor shall provide emergency visits as required to maintain the EDS system in operating order. It is estimated that 1-2 emergency visits will be required during each performance period. A minimum of one (1) preventative maintenance visit shall be made during each performance period, provided no on-site visits for repair have been made. WDS PMI shall be performed in conjunction with any scheduled EDS PMI maintenance. 4.0 In the event of EDS system failure, the Government point of contact will notify the contractor as soon as possible. A customer support hotline shall be provided by the contractor for this purpose. The contractor shall provide telephone response to queries within one (1) business day. On-site field service engineering personnel shall be dispatched within three (3) business days to correct system deficiencies in the event they cannot be corrected by the customer. 5.0 The contractor shall test and repair EDS detectors on-site or on a return to factory basis if on-site repair is not possible. 6.0 Limitations and exclusions of this agreement include electrical work external to the Oxford system, changes or alterations in hardware or software made to the system without consent of the original manufacturer, damage incurred by customer neglect, misuse, fire, accident, or operator error. 7.0 The Government point of contact is Dr. Luis R.
