Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD, anticipates awarding a contract on a sole source basis in support of the Program Management, Air (PMA 207) Support and Commercial Derivative Aircraft program office. The Government intends to procure three Terrain & Traffic Collison Avoidance System (T2CAS), Model # TT-951 and three Aircraft Personality Module, Model # AP-950. The Government requires that the T2CAS and Aircraft Personality module be compatible and a direct replacement for the existing equipment. The required delivery date is approximately sixty (60) days after receipt of order (ARO). The Government contemplates a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with Aviation Communication & Surveillance Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
