- award Sole source Market research indicates the Market Street Sports Group LLC (MSSG) is the exclusive agent for sales and marketing promotions for PIAA and therefore the ony company that can meet the requirement to advertise and promote the Pennsylvania National Guard among a key target demographic. MSSG is the exclusive advertising concessionaire for the PIAA and were awarded these rights with a 1-year contract which renewed every two even numbered years since 2008. The contract is still valid as of July 1 2014 and up for renewal on the same date in 2016. The contract became effective August 1st, 2008. less than br greater than less than br greater than less than br greater than The use of advertising on mass transit is authorized by NG 601-1 - (7-8. Media less than br greater than Media can range from the simple to very high tech. however all media source should be able to be tracked for less than br greater than effectiveness in their ability to generate leads, promote retention in the Guard, impact COI's, and develop the less than br greater than National Guard brand and or reducing attrition among current members.
