- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400- 15-T-0083 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20150406. The FSC code is J012 and t he NAICS code is 811310. The Government is soliciting quotes for the Fire Fighting Training Facility Maintenance. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable. ********************************************************************* CLIN 0001: Fire Fighting Training Facility Maintenance. Qty: 2 jobs Maintenance of Kidde T-2000 Live Fire Training Systems Period of Performance: 1 September 2015 - 30 August 2016 Place of Performance: Camp Hansen, Okinawa, JAPAN. The contractor shall provide training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). CLIN 0002: Replacement Parts Qty: 1 Lot The Contractor shall provide MCIPAC FESJ all required replacement parts and consumables for scheduled support visits as listed in Statement of Work (SOW) (Table 1.1) Parts and Consumables List. The vendor will be required cover all purchase costs of the listed replacement parts, consumables, and ensure delivery within (90 days) of initiation of contract to predetermined address. (End of provision) DFARS 252.209-7992 REPRESENTATION BY CORPORATIONS REGARDING AN UNPAID DELINQUENT TAX LIABILITY OR A FELONY CONVICTION UNDER ANY FEDERAL LAW-FISCAL YEAR 2015 APPROPRIATIONS (DEVIATION 2015-OO0005) (DEC 2014) (a) In accordance with sections 744 and 745 of Division E, Title VII, of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015 (Pub.
